PH Insulation has successfully completed testing of a new online truck tracking system. Online solution allows you to monitor the delivery time of sandwich panels, refrigeration doors and other PH Insulation’s products to know the exact time of their arrival to your construction site or warehouse. The service has been put into commercial operation and is available free of charge to all customers in Russia when ordering the delivery at PH Insulation.
PH Insulation is the first Russian manufacturer of sandwich panels which offers the online real-time vehicle tracking system. Online monitoring allows you to remove uncertainty for the time of cargo delivery, effectively plan the work on construction site, eliminates the human factor in delivering notifications.
In the test mode the service was used for more than 100 deliveries per month. PH Insulation customers note the convenience of the solution which comes handy in two specific situations:
- when driver forgets to call and report that he is approaching. Automated notifications by SMS and e-mail will get you covered
- delivery takes more than one day. The solution allows you to see exact location of the truck empowering you with needed information to plan the time when you need to be at construction site or warehouse with necessary unloading equipment
