	 In Kyrgyzstan, Minister of Agriculture Bakyt Torobaev participated in the launch of a new fish hatchery for breeding rainbow trout and sturgeon.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	 For construction of the new building were used PH Insulation’s sandwich panels with PIR Premier, refrigeration doors, and PIR Plita® insulation boards.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	 The new fishery enterprise, with a capacity of up to 1 million fry per cycle, is located in the Chui region of Kyrgyzstan. The Minister highly praised the activities of the enterprise, emphasizing that this is another step towards increasing exports and meeting the domestic demand for fish in the country.

&lt;p&gt;
	 For the construction of the enterprise, PH Insulation has produced:

	&lt;li&gt;510 square meters of PIR Plita® insulation boards with paper/paper facings for floor insulation. The material has a European CE certificate: certified according to the European standard for polyurethane and polyisocyanurate insulation with soft facings EN 13165, class E for fire reaction&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;4 sliding refrigeration doors on reinforced hardware from the Italian manufacturer Coldtech, made with a food-grade stainless steel AISI 304 coating on both sides. The thickness of the doors is 150 mm&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;2 double-leaf hinged refrigeration doors with AISI 304 coating on both sides&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;731 linear meters of shaped elements made of stainless steel AISI 304.&lt;/li&gt;

	 PH Insulation has conducted tests on combined sandwich panels featuring two types of insulation: mineral wool and PIR Premier. The tests were carried out in PH Insulation’s production laboratory. The specialists evaluated the physical-mechanical and thermal-physical indicators: tensile strength, compression, shear modulus, thermal conductivity coefficient, and thermal resistance.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	 Testing results are available upon request.

&lt;p&gt;
	 A new type of sandwich panels will optimize the costs of constructing enclosing structures by combining the best qualities of the most popular insulation materials. Combined sandwich panels will feature the highest thermal conductivity of PIR Premier polyisocyanurate foam, reaching up to 0.0194 W/(m·K), along with the fire resistance of mineral wool up to EI 180. The company plans to produce combined sandwich panels with thicknesses ranging from 80 to 250 mm.

	 In terms of fire resistance, a combined sandwich panel with a thickness of 100 mm is expected to match the performance of a sandwich panel with 80 mm of mineral wool while being lighter.

	 By the end of 2024, PH Insulation has prevented the emission of 1 164 tons of CO₂ over nine years of solar energy use at its production site in Shchelkovo, Moscow region. This amount of CO₂ is equivalent to planting 6 000 trees. PH Insulation pursues continuous reduction of environmental impact through the operation of seven solar power plants with a total capacity of 720 kW installed at the PH Insulation’s manufacturing site.

	 By mid-February 2025, PH Insulation’s solar power stations have generated over 1 480 MWh of electricity, which is integrated into the general power grid. The use of solar energy partially covers the production needs and reduces dependence on traditional energy sources.

	 PH Insulation’s solar panels were manufactured and installed by SolarOn, the first solar module manufacturer in Armenia.

	 PH Insulation has opened a second checkpoint for drivers at its production site in Shchelkovo, Moscow region. The new checkpoint is conveniently located near Gatehouse No. 4.

	 New independent testing of PH Insulation’s sandwich panels with polyisocyanurate foam confirmed that thermal insulation level of PIR stayed the same during 8 years of operation. The study was conducted at the testing center of St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering. According to the tests, the R-Value of the polyisocyanurate in PH Insulation sandwich panel sample remained at 0.020 W/(m·K).
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	 The measurement was made according to the Russian standard GOST R 70723-2023.
&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	 The testing was conducted in a climate chamber: the air temperature in the warm section was +19 °C, while in the cold section it reached -24 °C. The relative humidity in the chamber was maintained at 45 ± 5%. Two devices were used for measurements: the Metometer MES-200A and the multi-channel thermal conductivity meter IT-2-96. A unique feature of the testing setup at St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is its ability to test large material samples, which significantly enhances the accuracy of the tests.

&lt;p&gt;
	The current test is yet another confirmation of the durability of PIR in PH Insulation sandwich panels. The previous testing where the R-Value after 8 years of operation was recorded at 0.021 W/(m·K), was carried out at the Construction Technologies and Materials Research Center LLC.

	 The independent testing laboratory of the Research Center for Construction Technologies and Materials has confirmed the durability of polyisocyanurate PIR inside sandwich panels. The thermal conductivity of the PIR foam in the sample of PH Insulation sandwich panel remained at 0.021 W/(m*K) after 8 years of operation, according to the tests.

	 The sandwich panel’s sample with PIR core has been in use in the facade of the PH Insulation door manufacturing building, located in a with high humidity environment.

	 The first in Russia independent test of the performance characteristics of polyisocyanurate foam in sandwich panels, that have served as a building envelope for 8 years, fully confirmed the information known to the PIR manufacturers. During the test at the Construction Technologies and Materials center, the thermal conductivity of the PIR insulation was measured in its natural moisture state across the entire surface of the sandwich panel using the λ-Meter EP500e device.

	 The new tests confirm conclusions made by PH Insulation’s R&amp;D center in 2023. Last year PH Insulation’s specialists tested a sample of a wall sandwich panel with PIR, which had been in use since 2015 as an enclosing structure of PH Insulation’s production workshop in the Moscow region.

Currently, the production lead time for PIR Plita® is only 14 days.

	 The Single-Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) is a lean manufacturing technique aimed at reducing the time it takes to switch from one production process to another.

New milling machines have been installed, allowing for an instant transition from PIR Plita® without L-shaped joints to PIR Plita® boards with L-shaped joints and back, without stopping the production process.
