ProfHolod confirms the high quality of its products through quality passports — accompanying documents that certify compliance of a product batch with regulatory requirements. To date, the company has issued more than 6 200 such passports.
What is a quality passport and why is it needed?
A quality passport confirms that a specific product batch complies with the regulatory document on which it is based (GOST, TU, etc.). The document is mandatory when required by regulations or the supply agreement.
Benefits for the buyer
For the buyer, the quality passport guarantees:
- compliance of the product with declared specifications;
- transparency of batch data (manufacturing date, batch number, quantity, etc.);
- the ability to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the data by cross‑checking with actual values.
Benefits for the manufacturer
For the manufacturer, the quality passport:
- records the results of acceptance testing;
- enhances trust in the company;
- assists in passing state expert reviews and participating in public procurement.
Which products receive a quality passport?
ProfHolod issues quality passports for:
- sandwich panels;
- PIR boards;
- shaped elements.
For doors, quality information is indicated in the operating instructions (section “Quality Information”).
How and by whom is the document issued?
The quality passport is prepared by the Quality Control Department within 2 working days after a request from the responsible sales manager.
Testing for the passport is conducted by ProfHolod’s laboratory — acceptance tests are performed.
Key parameters included in the passport
The document must include:
- name of the manufacturer;
- passport number and issue date;
- batch number and manufacturing date;
- product range and quantity;
- regulatory document (GOST, TU) on which the product is based;
- certification information;
- profiling type;
- insulation grade;
- service life (at least 10 years);
- additional information.
Important details
The validity period of the passport is unlimited — it remains valid throughout the entire service life of the product.
Passport numbering starts at the beginning of each year. For example, nearly fifty passports have already been issued since the start of 2026.
All compliance certificates are available on the company’s official website — customers can review them and check their validity periods.
