The continuous annual increase in the number of house construction projects, involving the polyurethane foam sandwich panels, clearly speaks for that.
As a quick example of construction site – a private house in Moscow region. It took four days to erect the walls with ProfHolod’s sandwich panels. Altogether, the works are going on for the second month.
Such a high speed in construction became possible due to the implementation of the high-precision junction locking profile of tongue-and-groove type, which made it possible for the constructors to obtain more quickly a solid, high-quality panel junction, totally eliminating the "cold bridges".
The house owner decided to insulate the roof with the panels, having the foil outer layer, and the polyurethane foam was used as the heat insulator. With the "foil-foil" panel’s thickness of 80 mm, ProfHolod provided the heat conduction resistance of 3,81 m²•K/W, which is equal to 160 mm of mineral wool.
