ProfHolod starts production of sandwich panels with mineral wool core using improved adhesive on a fully-automated continuous line by the Pu.Ma company (Italy) in Tula region.

The new product will enable Company’s customers in the construction market to order from ProfHolod a complete package of sandwich panels with PU foam and mineral wool cores to save time for review terms and conditions with several suppliers.

ProfHolod’s sandwich panels with mineral wool core boast increased durability and improved resistance to the wind load due to the use of the proprietary adhesive developed at the Company’s Research Centre.
While developing mineral wool panel construction, the Company engineers have taken into account customers’ feedback, best practices gained of foreign and Russian manufacturers of mineral wool.

“We are happy to announce launch of the new product which would make it possible for our customers to purchase more types of sandwich panels under one roof to optimize their logistics and to finish the work on facilities faster,” Sergey Tokmakov, ProfHolod Director General, said.

Detailed information on sandwich panels with mineral wool is available on the Company’s website: https://profholod.ru/catalog/panels/mineral/

In 2019, ProfHolod purchased a continuous production line by Pu.Ma (Italy), which can produce sandwich panels on ProfHolod’s PIR Premier customized system and sandwich panels with mineral wool core.
