Production and Warehouse Complex
The client contacted PH Insulation to select fire-resistant building materials for a production and warehouse complex in Shchelkovo, Moscow region.
PH Insulation’s mineral wool sandwich panels were selected for the building. These panels are manufactured in full compliance with the current Russian standard GOST 32603-2021 for buildings with increased fire safety requirements.
PH Insulation manufactured 2,715 square meters of mineral wool wall sandwich panels and 2,700 square meters of mineral wool roof sandwich panels. The roof panels are 150 mm thick, and the wall panels are 120 mm thick.
The wall panels feature exterior finishes in Signal grey RAL 7004, Telegrey 4 RAL 7047, and Signal blue RAL 5005. The roof panels have an exterior finish in RAL 7004. All panels have an interior finish in Signal white RAL 9003.
