Warehouse and Retail Buildings
A large distributor of food and non-food products required energy-efficient building materials for the construction of a large warehouse and retail complex.
For the construction of the buildings, the company chose PH Insulation’s sandwich panels and refrigeration doors. In total, for the construction of the dry warehouse, refrigeration complex, supermarket, and shopping center PH Insulation, manufactured:
- 12,000 square meters of sandwich panels with the most modern PIR Premier insulation, 100 and 120 mm thick. PIR Premier sandwich panels reduce cooling and heating costs due to a thermal conductivity of 0.0194 W/(m*K), are CE-marked, and comply with European standard EN-14509.
- 13,000 square meters of sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation. Mineral wool sandwich panels are manufactured in full compliance with the current Russian standard GOST 32603-2021 for buildings with increased fire safety requirements.
- 15 sliding refrigeration doors with reinforced hardware by PH Insulation. The service life of highly durable hardware has been increased by 1.5 times compared to similar products due to upgraded components. Door thickness – 100 mm
- 16 single-leaf hinged refrigeration doors with a thickness of 120 mm. Thermal insulation is provided by rigid PUR Classic polyurethane foam with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.022 W/(m*K).
